How Does Freeze Drying Work?
We spent 20 years perfecting the freeze-drying process to preserve the natural freshness of products using a process called sublimation. Unlike dehydration which uses heat and damages the cells of a plant, sublimation applies sub-zero temperatures under pressure to effectively evaporate water at the cellular level without damaging the plant’s cells.
